HELLO AND WELCOME! Due to the increase in traffic that my shop has been experiencing, response times to convos and emails are a bit longer than normal. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please take a moment and read over some information regarding any orders. If you have a question please feel free to shoot me a convo.

**Due to the customized nature of my designs, refunds will not be provided a

fter an order has been completed and emailed. No exceptions.

**Refunds will also NOT be provided for instant downloads. No exceptions.

**Please read each listing carefully.

**I do not offer printing services at this time and you will not receive any physical items from me. All files are digital and emailed to the email on your Etsy account (unless otherwise specified) Sometimes these files find their way into your spam folder, please make sure to check your spam folder if you receive a "shipped" notification but can't seem to locate your file.

**Each order will be marked as SHIPPED but you will not have any physical products shipped to you. The shipped notification is to let you know that your order has been completed.

**NO PHYSICAL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED -- It is your responsibility to have your file(s) printed.

**Please look over your order form and event information very carefully BEFORE you purchase. If you make a mistake that you didn't catch before purchase, please convo me ASAP with the correct information.

**I will make free edits to your order ONLY if the edits are to correct errors or mistakes made by ME. Any other edits or to add additional information not provided at the time of purchase will result in additional fees.

**During your ordering process please make sure to include any and all information for your design. Completely fill out the order form provided in the listing description. Please note: Some designs only have enough room for ONE RSVP (Phone # or email address) Please look at the design carefully and choose which of the two you would rather have, phone # or email address. If you do not specify, I will add the phone number only. Make sure to look over ALL of the information for any spelling errors, event detail errors, etc... Make sure to give me ALL of the information I ask for in the order form. If you would rather not have an RSVP, Registration info, etc... Please note that in your order form.

**If you have an unexpected change of venue or time for your event but your order has already been completed, you can email me and I will do my very best to accommodate and make the change for you. I can't make any promises that it can be done without additional charges, but I will definitely try!

**Once I send the file to the email address you provide when you ordered or the email address linked with your Etsy account, Please do not request that I add additional information to your design. This is very inconvenient for me as I sell many of the same designs on a daily basis and what may seem like a simple change really means that I have to complete your order all over again. If you do require such changes, they will come at an additional fee.

**My shop has a 24-48 hour turnaround on most orders but please allow 1-4 business days for your completed order EXCLUDING WEEKENDS. I do get busy and sometimes 24-48 hours doesn't work out. If for some reason I KNOW I wont have your order done within 48 hours, I will send you a convo or email letting you know about the delay in receiving your file(s). SHOP HOURS:

Apparently, I can't see red, pink, or orange in their true forms. I once had hot pink candles in my red kitchen and had no idea until a friend pointed out that the pink candles didn't match anything else. I also have trouble distinguishing shades of blue and grey. Sometimes even black and blue when it's very obviously (to other people) blue. I have to ask my customers to send me color swatches so I can accurately achieve the color they request because if it was left up to me, it would be wrong on so many shades. :)

Good afternoon everyone!

I'm sure a lot of you here know me (or a little bit about me) but for those who don't, I wanted to introduce myself. :)
*If you actually read all of this, thank you. If not, I totally understand -- it's pretty long.* lol

First things first! my name is Cassie and I currently reside in Illinois, originally from San Diego (Florida if you want to get technical but my life truly began in California) I haven't been designing very long, a few years at most. I am completely self taught and can find inspiration in just about everything. This journey of mine started out with an addicting (and expensive) hobby of digital scrap booking that evolved into what you now see here. I LOVE doing what I do. I love that it gives me time for myself to do something I truly enjoy as well as the opportunity to help support my family. I have 3 sons, one of which is still young and home with me during the day. Jace is almost 10, Sawyer is 5, and Jackson will be 4 in July. Being able to work from home is truly a blessing for a busy mom like myself. My husband is in the military -- 8+ years of service in the United States Marine Corp and now Active duty in the United States Air Force. I couldn't be more proud of him for his service and all that he does for our family and the endless support he has and continues to give me as I've expanded my once obsessive hobby into my now blossoming business. We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary in March but have been together for 9 years. I'm about to get totally sappy here, and I'm sorry, but he truly is the love of my life. ;)

You can usually find me sitting in front of my computer designing the day away in between playing superheroes and monsters with my youngest boys, or helping my oldest with his homework. More often than not my youngest son is in my lap offering me his creative input on my projects while I work, however, all of my boys are creative little geniuses (maybe I'm biased?) but they definitely get their creativity from their mom! ;)

As you can see from the photos I posted, I am pretty close to becoming a crazy cat lady. lol We have two fur babies, Mavis and Mercy. Mercy girl is the one in the photo. Mavis isn't much for pictures. If it were up to me we would have about 17 more cats but my husband isn't too keen on the idea. I've always been a cat person, even as a little girl. I love my kitties and felt that I needed you all to know that, too.

This is so me! My husband thinks it's hilarious, I think it's a gift. I am definitely a "font snob" and not afraid to admit it. Maybe this is why I love typography so much. Something about using different fonts to create cohesive and beautiful, inspirational, and unique designs makes my heart happy. :)

I'm excited to introduce the new and improved page for CM Designs! Please take a look around, invite your friends to like my page, and feel free to message me with any questions or inquiries.

I offer custom orders and can create a design to fit almost any theme imaginable!

Also, I've added a "shop now" option atop the page that will easily direct you to my Etsy shop. I currently have additional designs listed there as I am still building the new FB page and haven't uploaded everything I have to offer.
