People often ask "what makes Fun and Done Rentals different?" The answer is not a bunch of meaningless catchphrases, but rather the hard work that goes in when we say we care. This is best summed up by a story of what has happened over the last 2 days.
At 1 AM Friday morning, Layne started working on getting stuff ready for the day. That morning we had seven customers reach out needing last minute bookings. While checking in equipment from previous rentals, it was discovered that one of the bounce houses that was needed for a party that had to meet very strict requirements was unable to be rented out the next day. Being fully booked, Layne got on the phone and started reaching out to his contacts to find a way to make their party successful. At about 9 PM, he was finally able to reach out to the awesome staff at Jumpersupply.com who was willing to go out of their way to help make this customer's party successful. He drove down to Texas to pick up the bounce house, and on his way back at 3 in the morning ended up with a broken axle on the trailer, hours away from the shop.
Thanks to Bethany, who sacrificed her sleep and comfort, our crews were able to get the entire day's load swapped from one trailer to another before taking off and having a flat on the second trailer. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Fun and Done, and sacrificing all sleep that night, we were back on the road in time to make everyone's party a success.
Sometimes when things like this happen we may still miss a deadline, because not all things in life are avoidable. But with heart and hard work, we provide the best service possible.
