Formerly CS Week, IUCX is a utility customer service learning and networking leader with a worldwide, respected reputation. We're looking back at Austin with a lot to think about and even more to be grateful for. Our inaugural Women in Utilities Leadership Exchange brought together women from across the industry for honest conversations about leadership, mentorship, professional growth, and navigating change.
Just as importantly, it gave attendees time to meet peers who understand their experiences and build relationships that can continue well beyond these two days.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our first Leadership Exchange such a meaningful experience. Austin was the beginning, and we're excited about where this community goes next. Thank you @ for hosting, and of course our elite sponsor @ for supporting all these Women in Utilities!

What makes an industry event worth taking time away from your day-to-day work? For us, it starts with the people in the room and the conversations they're willing to have.
IUCX brings together professionals working across customer experience, billing, technology, operations, leadership, key accounts, water, and public service. That mix creates opportunities to hear how other organizations are approaching challenges that may look a lot like your own.
As we build IUCX 2027, we'll be sharing more about the different ways you can participate and find the experience that's most relevant to you. We hope to see you in Charlotte!

New York set the bar high! We had an incredible time at the inaugural IUCX CIS Collaborative! The Event kicked off with an evening Happy Hour filled with networking and great conversations as utilities and industry leaders came together to connect and launch what promises to be an exciting collaborative community. The following day was filled with an engaging panel discussion, insightful conversations, and real-world perspectives from utilities- sharing lessons learned, challenges, successes and ideas for navigating the ever-evolving CIS landscape.

Networking, learning, and leadership development—with a mountain view? 🏔️
This year’s LeadNext cohorts are on their first site visit with Colorado Springs Utilities!
Day 1 was packed with informative presentations highlighting what makes CSU unique and the many ways they serve their community. The cohorts also visited the Conservation & Environmental Center to learn more about water conservation and local gardening, followed by an up-close look at CSU’s natural gas generators.
