Alisa was one of our early coordination clients! When she was lining up for send off at her own wedding she looked at Destiny and said “I would love to talk about doing this with you.” Destiny told her they would talk soon and sent her on her way with her husband to soak up all the newly married bliss! Well… they did talk a few weeks later and decided Alisa would join as an assistant coordinator! After assisting with many weddings, Alisa became one of our lead coordinators. She has had the honor to support several of our beautiful clients on their wedding days!

My approach to Abounding Love Event Company can be summarized in four words: intentionality, empathy, communication, and kindness. It is absolutely vital to me that throughout the planning process we acknowledge the human experience. Life is the constant process of juggling duality. This is not something we can ignore when we are planning a celebration so joyous. Happiness and sadness can coexist. Celebration and mourning can coexist. Life is wholly unpredictable and we must learn to thrive in the gray area.

To respect this reality, we plan with intention, listen with empathy, communicate frequently, and do it all with a heart of kindness.

I love supporting our clients as they plan their event in a way that looks like them. Bring on the color. Kick out tradition. Do whatever you want to do!

Oh and don’t worry, we will have a TON of fun along the way too!
