Nick’s family and my family both came from the same area of Long Island, NY. We didn’t know each other then, but Fa st forward to about 4 years ago, right when I was just started my own catering business, I got booked by his cousin and I did an event for his family here in Temecula. As a guest there, he told me about his passion for food, BBQ and service. And his dreams and plans for expansion from Hemet to Murrieta…. Fast forward to now, and to see what Nick has built, accomplished and created from his own visions, drive and belief, is absolutely, nothing less than inspirational. Keep going brotha!!
