What a year it’s been for your Sheridan USBC Board of Directors.
Sheridan hosted the 2026 Wyoming Women’s State Tournament where Board Members worked brackets, raffles, towel sales, calls on machines, and anything else they could jump in on from the first shift to the last spanning four weekends.
They assisted with a scratch tournament that spanned three days with competitors from around the state. A one year trial tournament that will now be a regular thing in Sheridan.
Of course they also worked the Moncraive Tournament and the Open City Tournament.
They have been pivotal in fundraising for tournament prize funds, our youth program, and other association related events.
The Board is also responsible for social media sites - and all league and state PR opportunities.
Your board is a very cohesive group that meets every month to visit about the vision and direction of league and tournament bowling in Sheridan. The hours can be tough and a bit of a grind for some events - but they have fun working together, and share an exceptional sense of humor!
The Board’s mission is to look out for the welfare of Sheridan Bowlers, to be ambassadors of the sport, and to work collectively to try and boost bowling numbers in Sheridan.
If you have ideas, they LOVE input - don’t ever hesitate to visit with one of these folks!
