Our community has an opportunity to make a real difference.

Right now, blood donations are needed more than ever. The has declared an emergency blood shortage after the national blood supply dropped by nearly 25% in June. Summer is one of the most challenging times of year for blood donations, while hospitals continue to need blood every day for accident victims, surgeries, cancer treatments, and other medical emergencies. Every donation helps ensure lifesaving blood is there when it’s needed most.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected maintenance issues with the Red Cross bloodmobile, Thursday’s blood drive has been canceled.

Thank you to everyone who registered and continues to support local blood drives. We look forward to welcoming the Red Cross back to the Sherborn 1858 Town House on July 23!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Despite the weather, the community gathered together inside the Town House for today’s Memorial Day Ceremony in remembrance, reflection, and gratitude.

We are honored to have been part of such a meaningful tradition and thankful to all who joined us today. ❤️🤍💙

Due to the weather, the Sherborn Memorial Day Parade has been canceled.

The Memorial Day Ceremony will still take place and has been moved indoors to the Sherborn 1858 Town House, located at 3 Sanger Street.

The Sherborn 1858 Town House was proud to welcome guests from across New England this week for a sold-out BuildingEnergy Pro Tour hosted in Sherborn.

It was wonderful to see the historic Town House filled with architects, builders, engineers, sustainability professionals, and community members gathering together for conversation, learning, and connection.

For more than 40 years, the Sherborn Community Center Foundation has worked to preserve the Town House, and events like this continue that mission by bringing people together to share ideas, education, and innovation right here in the heart of Sherborn.

Thank you to everyone who visited and spent part of their day at the historic Sherborn 1858 Town House!
