I am always trying to come up with new inivations and get away from the same boring taste. Dont get me wrong if it isnt broke i dont try to fix it, just wake it up. I work full time at a local factory for the past twelve years and use any extra money to to turn my passion into a full blown career. Over 90% of my dishes are handmade from scratch, useing the freshest ingredents. This cuts out the m

iddle man mark up and allows me to give you the best value in catering. We can handle as casual or as formal as any cleint would want. Past jobs include Weddings,corprate christmas parties,large company holiday in house buffets, sit down formal bus tours and much more!

We’ve started a new page, and we’d love for you to come follow along.

Food Obsessions Catering isn’t going anywhere. Actually, we’re growing, and we want you guys to be a part of it.

On this new page, we’ll be sharing catering tips, behind-the-scenes ideas, money-saving finds, and some of the things we’ve learned over the years. We’ll also be launching some of our own products, including our barbecue sauce and the bourbon glaze that so many of you have come to love.

As promised, this was our biggest grazing table yet. Over 12 feet long and 3 feet wide. It felt like there was over 500 people that got to enjoy this!We prepared the custom flower arrangements and showed off some new techniques. We love the event and was proud to be a small part of it!
