🚨 Shepherdsville Skate Park Update! 🚨

The City of Shepherdsville is thrilled to share that we’ve completed our very first walkthrough of the new Skate Park! 🎉 This is such an exciting project for our community, and we know everyone is eager to check it out.

That said, we still have several important steps to complete before we can safely open the park to the public. Our goal is to have the park ready by the first week of October! 🛹✨

👉 Until then, the Skate Park remains closed. Please remember—no trespassing. We want to make sure everything is safe and ready for everyone to enjoy.

We are beyond grateful for the support and patience of our community as we bring this project to life. A huge thank-you goes out to everyone who has been involved in making this dream a reality for Shepherdsville! 💙

Stay tuned for more updates—we can’t wait to celebrate opening day with you all!

🦮 Our featured non-profit is Canine Companions!
Canine Companions is leading the service dog industry so their clients and dogs can live with greater independence. They provide service dogs to adults, children, and veterans with disabilities, as well as facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice, and education. Since 1975, every dog and all follow-up services have been provided at no cost to clients.
Independence isn’t reserved for those who look or live a certain way — disability touches all races, classes, and backgrounds, and Canine Companions is committed to serving them all. People turn to them for their reputation, the quality of their dogs, the expertise of their trainers, and the promise of a more independent life.

💵 While the walk is free, we’re suggesting a $10 donation to this amazing organization on the day of the event.
