I am considering selling frozen pork butt for holiday or football game-day parties. Each order would be five pounds of smoked pork butt in an aluminum pan with a pint of Stauffdog Applebutter Barbecue Sauce. I estimate each pan would provide 20 servings and the price would be $40 each. If you are interested in purchasing a pan, let me know. I will be able to make this available for anyone in either the central Michigan or Grand Rapids area. If I get enough interest, I will get smoking and have it ready by Thanksgiving.
