🧡Marigold appreciation post🧡

What a little powerhouse these flowers are. Garden pest control, beautiful dye, incredible vase life, bright blooms of many shapes and colors; they have so much going for them! Thank you marigold, and thanks to everyone that came to marigold class. What a pleasure it was to be among the flowers with you.

Just a little shout out to subscribers, regulars, folks that have ordered for a special occasion or just stop by for a bouquet. This whole deal doesn’t work without you, so THANK YOU.

Every time you buy a bouquet or even a single stem, you’re supporting small farms in Washington and Oregon that use low impact and environmentally responsible farming techniques to bring you gorgeous unique blooms. Local flowers are a beautiful and easy way to reduce your carbon footprint while enriching your everyday life. Keep enjoying flowers, supporting small farms and shopping local!

🌷Attention gardeners and garden curious 🌷

Our fall bulb sale is coming up!

October 17-18, we’ll have a shop full of specialty daffodil and tulip bulbs that you can mix and match to your heart’s desire. (Guest starring ranunculus and anemone corms.)

Fall bulbs are exceptionally easy to grow. Dig a hole and throw them in, cover them up and wait for spring. They’re my favorite thing to grow and I LOVE sharing unique varieties with all of you.

Mark your calendars and please enjoy the multitude of flyers I created and still couldn’t decide which one to use.

XO- HF
