Much fun and joy tonight at tonight for Sips & Stems. Seven women with the same guidelines and a pallet of flowers created seven completely different and magnificent centerpieces. A huge thanks to Kim and HHWLfor hosting us and being a resource for unique wines that compliment these lovely blooms.

🌸 Put Your Dahlias to Bed Workshop - TOMORROW! 🌸

A few spots still open for tomorrow's hands-on dahlia workshop! Registration closes TODAY at 3pm.

Ready to master the art of dahlia rescue? Join me for the first workshop in our "From Our Farm to Your Garden Series" where you'll learn exactly how to winterize those gorgeous dahlia tubers!

What makes this special:

- Learn to wield a pitchfork like a pro farmer!
- Practice on "practice tubers" so no pressure, just learning
- Master identifying viable eyes for next year's blooms
- Take home tubers for your own garden come spring

Weather update: Light rain forecast early on, so bring a jacket and shoes that can handle mud! We'll dig outdoors first, then move into the greenhouse for all the detailed examination and storage work.

Love & Greens proudly donates our end of flower, bouquets and cut stems, to the I was thrilled when Reid from the Thurston County Food Bank asked me last week, Would you consider donating your end of market flowers? I was grateful he asked: it aligned perfectly with our farm’s commitment to spreading joy and building a sustainable food and ag ecosystem. These buckets are this week’s donation. And thanks Mom for joining me for this week’s market experience. She even got up at 4am with me for a bouquet party.

These carrots are delicious and they show what it looks like when you need to work on your soil. When we bought our property in 2021, our land had largely been forgotten. Check back in a couple years and this plot will be producing gorgeous carrots, along with amazing Dalia tubers.
