One of our favorite days is almost here! 🎉✏️📚 Join us this Saturday for the third annual Shelby County Ready Fest at the Shelbyville Conference Center. All Shelby County, KY students are welcome to stop by and grab free school supplies to help kick off a great new year! Last year, more than 1,600 students began the year with the necessary supplies thanks to Ready Fest.

What an incredible week we've had at the Shelbyville Conference Center! 💫 A few of the events and programs hosted here this week include:

🌽 Jonathan Shell, Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, hosted an agriculture and economic development forum
📚 OVEC led a Librarian/Media Specialist Training for area school librarians
🩺 The UofL Health - Brown Cancer Center mobile mammogram unit was on-site, providing free cancer screenings for area residents
