Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

These Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones from deesviral are soft, buttery, and bursting with juicy blueberries and bright lemon flavor. No rolling or cutting — just scoop, bake, and enjoy.

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• Zest of 1 lemon
• ½ cup cold butter, cubed
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• ½ cup heavy cream or milk
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Fold in blueberries. In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla, then stir into dry ingredients until just combined. Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet. Bake 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.

Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice and drizzle over cooled scones.
