Getting ready for fall and so is my pallet. Tonight I am making roast chicken stuffed with garlic cloves, white onion, red apples, green apples, oranges, celery and herbs. Don't forget the butter! This is one of my family favorites. On the side, asparagus, cheese potatoes and salad. Oh, and my house smells wonderful!
