As a reminder, please attend our Annual Open House at our police department on Saturday, from 10 am to 2 pm. If it rains, who cares. There is a lot to see, and we cannot wait to meet you. We will have deserts, popcorn, water, and Gambino 's Wood-Fired Pizza will be here.

Come visit K-9 Maverick, get your free bike helmet, use the driving simulator, and visit the Michigan State Police Bomb Squad vehicle. There will also be free vision testing for the young ones, a tour of the police department, and much more. See you there.

Happy June - Summer begins this month and while things get a bit hotter on the trucks, we think it's better than being cold. We are excited to continue visiting some of our regular spots, but we are also adding a few new ones this month, including the Clawson Farmer's Market. Come find up all around the tricounty area!

This month we continue our subdivision rotation with Your Neighorhood Bites AND Downtown Street Eats, where we serve employees and visitors in Downtown Detroit. We also start the season at Raven Oaks! We are excited to get this season started!

This is not a joke - April is bringing back Your Neighorhood Bites, were we visit local subdivisions to serve those in and around the area AND Downtown Street Eats, where we serve employees and visitors in Downtown Detroit.

We’re taking it a little easy this month and reducing our load as we head into busy season. You’ll only find us at your private events and Coyote Joe’s in March. Remember that the trailer faces the lot, so you don’t even have to go inside the bar if you don’t want to! We also have an extended fried food menu in addition to our wood fired pizza! Looking forward to seeing your beautiful faces and this Winter ❄️ turns into Spring 🌺!!

The pizza featured here is a Build Your Own - specially made to a customer’s personal taste! 🍕 Some might consider this a supreme, with pepperoni, ham, onion, green pepper, and fresh sliced mushrooms.

Did you know that at Coyote Joe’s, the trailer is turned toward the parking lot, so if you don’t feel like going into the bar, you can simply find us in the lot for a quick dinner or midnight snack! Our menu includes fried foods as well as wood fired pizza there!

The pizza featured here is our signature Margherita. 🌼 We top it with our perfect cheese blend, fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and then drizzle with nut and dairy free pesto once it’s out of the oven. This is literally everyone’s favorite. We love it especially because it’s Rita’s full name!
