Our community lost a man who believed in giving more to his community than anyone received. A man who loved his God, his Country and his Family. A Man who believed in our youth and understood they are the future and believed it’s our responsibility to cultivate, educate, empower and most importantly believe in them.

John thank you for all you did, all you believed in and the example you set for us to follow. You will be missed more than we know at this time.

Please pray the Rubison family finds peace and strength in the loss of an elder. Our sincere condolences.

It is with shattered hearts that we let you know of the passing of our current President John Rubison.
There is absolutely no words to adequately describe all he was to our organization and our members. The glue to hold us together. Old Threshers will never be the same.

Thank you to everyone that made the 2024 Shelby County Fair a success again this year. To all our volunteers a heartfelt thank you, to many to list. We cannot do the thing we do without you.

Thank you Maggie Schmidt and Northeast Missouri Old Threshers for all the hard work you put into serving everyone. You run the best cookshack around…thank you.

Show-time Officials and Ruby Leigh we thank you for being with us and providing outstanding entertainment for others to enjoy themselves.

Thank you all again, we look forward to seeing you next year!

Concert Update

Infield is accessible, yes there’s soft areas and wet areas…..we recommend appropriate footwear for an outdoor venue after a rain.

Grandstand seating is still available as well.

Tickets on sale online, $20 grandstands and $30 infield. You have option of purchase protection with you tickets online.

Tickets will be available at the gate for $25 grandstands and $35 infield.
