Wedding Coordinating by Allison Are you or someone you know getting married? If so, please read long description of what I provide and message me for pricing details.

What's included in my services:
12-16 hours day of wedding, 2-3 hours for rehearsal , 5-6 hours of consultation/prep prior to wedding day

• Complimentary meeting with Allison before booking
• Assist with venue selection if needed: this time would be deducted from the consultation/prep time
• Assist with vendor selection (caterer, cake, photographer, transportation, etc) if needed: this time wou

ld be deducted from the consultation/prep time
• Scheduling/attendance of meetings with vendors based on your needs
• Unlimited correspondence (via phone or email) to discuss planning and answer questions as needed throughout planning
• Overview of all previously signed contracts to see that all details have been considered if needed
• Assist with detailed wedding day timeline for vendors, bridal party, and family if needed
• Final walk through of reception site and 30 day out planning meeting
• Assist with evening of rehearsal
• Greet vendors and accept all deliveries if needed day of (this would be if the reception site is unavailable for these deliveries)
• Oversee and/or assist set-up of reception
• Keep timely flow of the days’ events
• Distribute final payments to vendors
• Assist bride, groom, bridal party, and family as needed (your own personal assistant!)
• Direct ceremony processional and reception entrance
• Handle all issues that may arise the day of
• Makes sure all décor, gifts, personal belongings, etc. are loaded in the correct vehicles at the end of the evening and is the last to leave the venue
• Make sure the day is as perfect as it should be for the bride and groom so they don’t have to worry about a thing
