On behalf of Shasta Community Gatherings, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we’re reaching out to request your support for our 4th Annual Shasta Lake Halloween Carnival — a free, family-friendly community event happening Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Clair Engle Park.
Each year, we hold a raffle during the carnival to raise funds that go directly toward supporting youth and families in need within the Shasta Lake community. 100% of proceeds from raffle ticket sales are distributed to local youth-focused programs, ensuring that children in our area have access to essential resources, activities, and positive community opportunities.
We are seeking raffle donations such as:
🎁 Gift cards or certificates
🎟️ Products, baskets, or merchandise
🏠 Family, home, or seasonal items
Your donation will:
• Directly benefit Shasta Lake youth and families in need
• Be featured on event signage and our social media pages
• Show your business’s commitment to supporting your local community
All donations are tax deductible, and we can provide a formal donation receipt for your records.
