Before the restaurant… there was a hog roasting in an Ohio backyard.
Denny roasted his first hog back in the 90’s just for fun. In 2006 he fired up a backyard roast for friends with his wife Lori and son Nate — this cook was the first as Mr Pig Stuff.
For the past 14 years Nate has carried that whole hog tradition forward. If you’ve enjoyed one of our roasts, there’s a good chance he spent a sleepless night tending to it to make that happen.
