Here is the feedback that I got from our last event : "Actually, I want to thank you. We had such an incredible time Friday night. The food was spectacular, and the service even better. We were able to really enjoy the night and didn’t have to worry about cleaning or entertaining. We loved Jackie and Lynn! They were so efficient and both have lovely personalities.
I also so appreciated coming back to my kitchen once the guests had left and realized that I didn’t have any work to do at all. We will absolutely use you again!

- creamy smoked salmon quenelle on a zucchini boat
- watermelon gazpacho martini
- roasted halibut on a Spanish rice & homemade tomato sauce
- eight hours roasted braised beef short ribs with rustic mashed potato
- apple tart Tatin with vanilla bean custard & salted caramel drizzle
