Good morning valued clients of Big Time Rentals, both new and existing. We appreciate your continued trust in our services and look forward to our future partnerships. As we enter the month of May, we would like to announce that our Shabbona location will not be accepting new bookings for the remainder of the summer, unless you have already secured a rental with us and have been in communication regarding the details. As a local small business with a high commercial insurance policy, we have several large events scheduled every month and do not wish to overextend ourselves or our children. Maintaining our units to the highest standards requires a significant amount of time and effort, often outside of our regular working hours. In order to maintain a healthy work-life balance and fulfill our family commitments, including upcoming weddings, we have made the decision to limit our bookings to those we have already committed to. Our Davis Junction location will continue to operate separately, and if they do not have the unit you are interested in, please reach out to Logan directly to arrange for an alternative. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued business. We strive to provide safe, clean, and respectable bounce houses, tables, and chairs, and we look forward to serving you in the future. We hope that next summer, with our oldest child obtaining their driver's license, we will be able to accommodate more small reservations, as we have in the past.
