🤍✨ Family Portraits + Engagement Photos for Holly & Brent ✨🤍
Holly and Brent joined us today with their four boys — Joshua, John, Jack, and William — for a fun family photo session and a few engagement photos mixed in. 💍📸
They kept things simple at the chapel, opting for no fabric while using our white florals, which let the natural beauty of the forest shine through. 🌿🤍
The boys absolutely stole the show in their adorable little navy suits, while Brent looked sharp in a rust-colored suit. Holly was effortlessly beautiful in a flowing white multi-tiered skirt paired with a white sweater, creating a look that was both elegant and relaxed. ✨
Their overall vibe was one of my favorites — elevated but comfortable, polished without feeling overly formal.
We spent time playing with the boys, capturing sweet sibling moments, family laughs, and all the little interactions that make family photos so meaningful. 🥹
After spending some time around the chapel, we headed to the log and the vines, where the soft forest backdrop gave us the perfect setting for both family portraits and engagement photos. 🌿📸
These six were so much fun to spend time with, and I can't wait to watch this sweet family continue their story together. ❤️

🌿🤍 Jennifer + Scott’s Little Wedding in the Woods 🤍🌿

Jennifer and Scott chose Chapel in the Hollow for their sweet little wedding in the woods, and their day was filled with family, laughter, and the simple joy of finally saying “I do.” 💍✨

They dressed the chapel in cream fabric with our blush and marsala florals, creating a romantic backdrop tucked away in the forest. 🌸🌿

Jennifer’s sister and daughter helped her get ready, and she looked beautiful in a strapless gown with a corset back and a short train, paired with Nike sneakers and a long lace-edged veil. Scott kept things classic and comfortable, and together they were all smiles. 🤍

One of the sweetest moments of the day was when her daughter walked her down the aisle. 🥹

Their rings were as unique as they are — Scott chose a dark metal band, while Jennifer’s ring featured a stunning dark stone. 💍🖤

After the ceremony, they made their way back down the aisle through a shower of bubbles, surrounded by the people they love most. 🫧✨

We started with family photos at the chapel before recruiting all the kids to help us create some fun bubble-filled couple photos. Then we wandered off to the mossy tree, the highland area, and the field with the mountain view for portraits. 🌄🌿

It was a hot spring day in East Tennessee, but these two never stopped smiling. Their wedding was relaxed, joyful, and full of the moments that matter most. 💕

🌿✨ Kelsi + Austin’s Elevated Forest Chapel Micro Wedding ✨🌿

Kelsi and Austin chose Chapel in the Hollow for their stunning elevated forest chapel micro wedding, and every part of their day felt thoughtful, romantic, and completely them. 💍🤍

They dressed the chapel in hunter green fabric and brought in absolutely gorgeous florals from Echelon Florist to decorate the chapel and the jars hanging from the pews. 🌿🌸 And honestly? They did it right and booked our three-hour package so they could fully soak in every part of the experience without feeling rushed.

Kelsi looked breathtaking in a beautifully feminine Anthropologie gown with a slit that revealed a delicate lace layer underneath. She had sleeves added for a little extra drama and paired the look with a matching veil and gorgeous lace Badgley Mischka heels. ✨ Austin looked sharp in a navy suit with a live floral boutonniere.

His mom and dad walked him down the aisle, while Kelsi’s mom and dad walked her down the aisle, making for such emotional and meaningful moments. 🥹

Austin’s aunt performed the ceremony, their sisters each shared a reading, and his brother held the rings for them. They also wrote their own vows, making the ceremony feel deeply personal and heartfelt. 🤍

Afterward, we captured family photos at the chapel before they shared a toast and spent a little time mingling with their loved ones. Then we took Kelsi’s dad over to our tractor so he could check it out and snap a few photos with it — which was honestly adorable. 🚜

Then it was time for couple portraits, and these two absolutely embraced the adventure. We wandered through the graveyard for a little spooky magic, the mossy tree, the archway, the highlands, the road, the creek, and finally the field, where they shared a first dance surrounded by wildflowers. 🌼🌄

A gorgeous May afternoon in East Tennessee with a couple who perfectly balanced elegance, romance, and a little bit of wild soul. ✨
