A beautiful day, the sweetest couple, and all the little details coming together to make something special!

We had the honor of providing the full rental setup for Tracey & Derek’s big day, including our NEW custom farm tables, fruitwood chairs, gold flatware, plates, goblets, napkins, linens, and bar glassware. From the ceremony to the reception, everything came together so beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!

A special thank you to Jana with Rose & Ring Events for making the connection and bringing us together with these two! We’re always so grateful for the amazing people in this industry who connect us with wonderful couples and give us the opportunity to be part of their biggest moments.

Our Liv & Wood Co. crew showed UP for the Farm to Fork Sevierville Long Table Event! We had the pleasure of working alongside some incredible local vendors and our community to serve a 200-person plated dinner, then roll up our sleeves and tackle the full breakdown once the guests wrapped up.

It takes a village to pull off an event like this, and we’re so proud of the way our team shows up, works together, and gets it DONE. From the first plate to the very last table, they brought the teamwork, the hustle, and the heart.

A huge thank-you to Farm to Fork Sevierville and everyone who made this event possible. We’re lucky to be part of a community that comes together like this! 🤎

A little bar magic for the new Mr. & Mrs. 🤎🥂

We had the honor of bringing a few of our Liv & Wood Co. favorites to Calleigh & Adam’s wedding reception at Smithview Pavilion! From the bar and glassware to the plates and flatware, we love getting to be a small part of the details that make a wedding day feel so special.

We had the honor of creating and providing 5 custom bars for the University of Tennessee’s “It Takes A Volunteer” campaign launch and we couldn’t be more excited about how everything came together!

Our Liv & Wood Co. crew was all over the place this weekend!

✨ Plated dinner service at The Trillium
✨ Family-style dinner at N.H. Glass House
✨ Buffet stations at Nichols Heir Grand Hall
✨ Buffet + table clearing at Ayoka Ranch
✨ A surprise 30th birthday at The Landmark
✨ Buffet service at The Lake at Willow Oaks

Basically… if there was food being served, plates needing cleared, tables needing bussed, or a party needing a little extra help — our people were there. 😂

We’re so proud of this team and how quickly they’ve grown with us. Getting to have multiple crews out serving at different venues on the SAME weekend is something we definitely don’t take for granted.

Big weekend. Lots of steps. Lots of plates. Lots of laughs. And a whole lot of good people making it happen.

Our Liv & Wood Co. team had the pleasure of helping bring the Fräulein boot launch to life at The Landmark, beautifully put together by J. Danforth Mercantile.

From passed bites and drinks to keeping guests taken care of throughout the evening, we loved being part of such a fun local collaboration.

There’s something extra special about getting to serve events right here in our own community and working alongside other small businesses who put so much thought into every detail.

One Saturday. Two beautiful venues. Two incredible teams.

Our Liv & Wood Co. crew was split between Nichols Heir Glass House and Nichols Heir Grand Hall, and both teams were putting in the work!

At the Glass House, our servers were assisting with an Olive Garden buffet drop-off, making sure everything was set, organized, and ready for guests.

Meanwhile, at the Grand Hall, our other half was tackling a full plated meal service alongside Family Meal — serving courses, keeping tables moving, and taking care of all the little details that happen behind the scenes.

Two completely different styles of service, two teams, one very busy Saturday. ✨

We’re so proud of our Liv & Wood Co. crew and the way they continue to show up, work hard, and leave it better than we found it.

Our team went ALL OUT for this one! From keeping the drinks flowing and guests taken care of to working alongside the band and making sure every little detail stayed moving — our bartending + serving teams showed up and brought the energy.

And of course… our trailer bar made its appearance! 🍺🍷 Parked right next to the band and slinging b**r + w**e all night, it was the perfect addition to this farm party setup.
So proud of this crew and the way they continue to show up, work hard, and leave it better than we found it.

Liv & Wood Co. was honored to collaborate with Sevierville Convention Center for the National Mine Rescue event, serving a plated meal to 1,200 guests! 🍽️

Events of this size take an incredible amount of teamwork, coordination, and hustle—and our serving team absolutely SHOWED UP and REPRESENTED! From the behind-the-scenes preparation to serving hundreds of tables, we could not be more proud of every single person who put on their black and gave it their all. 🖤

From rentals to serving to bartending — we officially did it ALL at Neyland Stadium. 🧡🏟️

Our first full-service event where Liv & Wood Co. handled the rentals, the tablescape, the service, AND the bar… and what a place to do it.

Getting to bring our little company into one of Knoxville’s most iconic spaces and watch it all come together was a pretty surreal moment for us. From the first setup to the last pour, our team showed up, worked hard, and made it happen.

This one means a LOT. Not just because it was Neyland Stadium, but because it represents exactly what we’re building with Liv & Wood Co. — a team you can trust to take care of the details, the guests, and the entire experience from start to finish.

Huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with such a special event. We’re proud of this one. 🧡
