From rentals to serving to bartending — we officially did it ALL at Neyland Stadium. 🧡🏟️

Our first full-service event where Liv & Wood Co. handled the rentals, the tablescape, the service, AND the bar… and what a place to do it.

Getting to bring our little company into one of Knoxville’s most iconic spaces and watch it all come together was a pretty surreal moment for us. From the first setup to the last pour, our team showed up, worked hard, and made it happen.

This one means a LOT. Not just because it was Neyland Stadium, but because it represents exactly what we’re building with Liv & Wood Co. — a team you can trust to take care of the details, the guests, and the entire experience from start to finish.

Huge thank you to everyone who trusted us with such a special event. We’re proud of this one. 🧡

Inside the stunning Glass House at Nichols Heir, The James reception came together with the kind of effortless elegance we’ll never get tired of.

We were honored to provide the tableware details — wine glasses, dinner and salad plates, and flatware — adding those final touches to an already beautiful tablescape. Paired with candlelight, black runners, and the surrounding greenery of the Glass House… absolutely timeless. ✨

The details may be small, but they make all the difference.

So grateful Liv & Wood Co. got to play a part in this beautiful day. 🥂

A 60th birthday celebration at The Landmark called for a team that knows how to show out! 🥂✨

While Julie, Ebony & Barb were holding down the bar at The Landmark, Baylee was next door at The Capitol Theater serving up delicious food and putting our rentals to work! 🍽️🍸

Two venues, two events, one incredible team. 🤎 We love being able to serve our clients in more ways than one—and watching our team show up and make it all happen seamlessly.

We had SO much fun getting to work with Marlie to help her celebrate a very special milestone — her friend graduating from law school! 🎓💗

With a little Legally Blonde inspiration, the celebration was full of fun details and the perfect touch of pink. We provided the tables, cocktail tables, and our classic white bar to help bring the whole setup together!

Our copper mugs and curated glassware added the perfect finishing touch to cocktail hour, complementing an evening filled with thoughtful details, stunning florals, and unforgettable moments.
