First off congratulations to the Sevier County Smoky Bears They fought the Oak Ridge Wildcats in the bitter cold Friday night. It was a back-and-forth all night at one time the Bears were down 10 points
Led by Cooper Newman QB and excellent coaching the team was victorious.
Team 100 showed they have heart and skills that I have dubbed
The Sevier Centurions.
I'd also want to recognize the fans who traveled and froze the day after Thanksgiving and brought MORE COWBELLS.
As for me, I went old school last night I used a 35-year-old Tamron 300mm 2.8 manual focus lens I bought when I worked at the Bluefield Daily Telegraph back in the 80's.

It was cold tonight in Oak Ridge but Sevier County was on fire. They are headed to the state championship next week.
