Saturday's cooking class with the Girl Scout troop was chef’s kiss! To earn their Dinner Party badge, these young chefs learned how to sear the perfect steak, hand-roll fluffy ricotta gnocchi, whip up a fresh salad, and make the coolest dessert of all—ice cream rolls!

Cranberry ginger lattice pies are on the menu today for another event with — and let us tell you, these beauties are a labor of love (emphasis on the labor). Between the delicate lattice work and that perfect balance of tart cranberry and zesty ginger, these pies are no easy feat to make… but totally worth it for our amazing clients! What a night! The Live Arts Maryland Gala was an absolute spectacle with its Mardi Gras theme, and we were so honored to be a part of it! Huge kudos to for the incredible work she put into making it such a spectacular evening — it was pure magic! ✨

Chef April had a blast cooking up some of her favorites — crawfish etouffee, chicken and sausage jambalaya, and red beans and rice — and let’s not forget that po' boy station… absolute perfection thanks to the hard work of Lisa, Evelyn, and the whole ! 💜💛💚
