We had some fun last night at AGGIES. We hosted a cooking class on how to make an elegant dinner at home. Cathy Bishop demonstrated how to trim and tie beef tenderloin and offered multiple ideas of how to serve the tenderloin. Also, Cathy showed how to prepare and serve lobster and how to prep asparagus. The dinner was pared with a great California Cabernet and finally our homemade chocolate torte topped off the dinner.
Cathy was able to showcase her 30+ years of catering expertise with this interactive demo that also included potato pave and how to make tomato roses to provide a beautiful presentation. We had a blast! Remember at AGGIES we make everything from scratch. Every dish. Every day.
