Unfortunately, the time has come for E C Fun Events to close. Back on March 10, 2023, an armored car, owned and operated by GardaWorld, struck our company truck and totaled the truck, our main Mechanical Bull, and Laser S***t. These 2 items make up about 90% of our revenue. This accident was 100% the armored trucks fault and 100% avoidable. Unfortunately, even after being provided the video below showing the accident and fair and reasonable documentation, GardaWorld still has not paid for the totaled truck, Mechanical Bull, Laser S***t, or loss of use for the equipment being damaged. E C Fun Events is no longer able to stay in business after going almost 90 days without this equipment and without any timeline of when they would replace the equipment they negligently destroyed. This comes as a very big disappointment for us, but unfortunately we cannot control the situation.
We will be consulting with a bankruptcy attorney next week, and we will update everyone as soon as we have an update.
