An Exciting New Chapter for Banquet & Party Rentals

After many wonderful years of serving this community, I have some exciting news to share.
I have officially sold Banquet & Party Rentals to Ethan Fleeger and Makayla Hoffman. This business has been a huge part of my life, and I couldn’t be happier to pass it on to two people who are hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about continuing what we’ve built together.
While Banquet & Party Rentals will remain the name for the rest of this year, beginning January of 2027 the business will proudly become Velvet Pines Event Rental. Please clink on the link to view their FB Page

Although the name is changing, the commitment to quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service will remain exactly the same. I have complete confidence that Ethan and Makayla will continue providing the exceptional service you’ve come to know and expect.
I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your support, trust, and loyalty throughout the years. Whether you’ve rented from us once or have been a customer for years, you’ve helped make this business what it is today. I will always be grateful.
As we make this transition, I ask that you please show Ethan and Makayla the same support you’ve shown me. Be sure to follow their page, Velvet Pines Event Rental, for updates, new inventory, promotions, and all of your future event rental needs.

🎃 Spooktacular Night in Cranberry! 👻

Tonight, Banquet & Party Rentals had a blast taking part in the Cranberry Small Business Association’s Trunk or Treat! It was amazing to see so many local businesses come together to create such a fun and family-friendly community event.

We’re pretty sure we saw over 500 little ghosts and goblins stop by for treats and maybe a few parents sneaking candy too! 🍬

That means it’s never too early to start planning for those special outdoor gatherings. With warmer weather comes the perfect opportunity to celebrate the season—don’t wait until the last minute to get everything organized!

When it comes to party planning, early preparation makes all the difference. The type of event you're hosting will determine how much planning you need, but the more rare or meaningful the occasion, the more important it is to get a head start.

Let’s Start Planning!

Use this party planning checklist to guide you through the details:

Make a list of people to invite.
Mark the date on your calendar.
Send invitations (mail, email, or phone).
Plan the menu, including beverages.
Make a shopping list (food, paper goods, decorations).
