IMPORTANT INFO/POLICY

✨️ Inquiries:
Please send me a direct message with inspo/event theme, date, location, start time, end time, and any further details of your vision for the backdrop and/or balloon decor.

✨️ Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING. The remaining balance is due (1 day) BEFORE event setup.

✨️ Rental Items:
All rental items remain the property of 432 balloons and must not be moved or altered.

✨️ Travel:
I am happy to travel to surrounding areas, subject to availability and scheduling. A travel fee will apply.

✨️ Color Matching:
I will attempt to match the colors in your inspiration photos to the best of my ability, but please note that sometimes they will not match exactly.

✨️ GRAB-N-GO ITEMS
Payment is due in full at time of placing an order. This secures your pickup date, time, and supplies. Address for pickup will be provided upon booking. Kindly notify me of your pickup time to ensure your order is prepared and ready upon arrival.

✨️ Outdoor Events: ‼️
While indoor setups are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, outdoor installations can be accommodated. I will only set up outdoors under a covered area or covered patio to help protect my equipment from damages due to various outdoor elements like rain, wind, and heat. Keep in mind - balloons will oxidize outdoors, meaning they will give a matte look rather than shiny. HEAT may cause the balloons to pop and alter the appearance of the setup. WIND can shift or damage the structure and overall design. RAIN may affect the overall appearance of the setup and can even damage in full. Please be mindful when considering outdoor events.

✨️ Cancellation Policy:
Bookings that are cancelled will forfeit their non-refundable deposit. While not likely, I reserve the right to cancel your event at any time for any reason. If I must cancel, I will refund your deposit and any balance paid.
