A special thank you to Hummels Wharf Fire Company for stepping in and helping behind the scenes to help bring this vision to life for prom weekend. Support like this doesn’t go unnoticed, and moments like this are a reminder of how special our community really is.

Huge thank you to Michael Moyer, Michael Portwood, Nate Strunk, Kurtis Smith, Dylan Hoover, John Struck, Hunter Smith, and Neil Barlett for your time, support, and willingness to help.

Happy Mother’s Day from Barn on the Hill 🤍

There’s something special about the women who turn ordinary days into memories.

The ones who save the cards.
Take the pictures.
Set the table.
Fix the hair.
Tell everyone where to stand.
Make sure someone grabbed the jackets.
And somehow still end up being the heart of the whole day.

As we continue building this space for weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, and all the moments people hold onto… we can’t help but think about the women who make those moments feel like home.

Today is for them.

Somehow “thank you” still doesn’t feel big enough for last weekend. 🤍

We truly could not have done this without the incredible people, businesses, volunteers, friends, and families who showed up for these kids and for this event specifically.

From the very beginning, from the equipment drop offs, time, manpower, ideas, support, and help anywhere it was needed… and we are so unbelievably grateful for every single bit of it.

Huge thank you to Hummels Wharf Fire Company, Port Trevorton Fire Company, and Tom Bowman for helping supply water for the pond leading up to prom weekend. Thank you to Do It All, T Ross Brothers, OHT Transport, Pool Time, Amber G Co Photography, Anglers Anchors, Diversified Vibez Salon & Spa, the School Decorating Committee, the Police Department, Stop and Go signs and Chrissy for all our signs, and every single volunteer, family member, friend, student, and community member who stepped in to help make this happen.

There are honestly too many people to fully thank individually because this became such a true community effort… and that’s what made it so special.

Watching everyone come together to create such an unforgettable night for these kids was something we’ll never forget.

From the bottom of our hearts… thank you for believing in this, supporting it, and helping bring it to life.

Huge thank you to the students, families, and everyone from SASD who trusted us to be part of such a special night. From the second everyone started arriving, the energy in the room was unreal. You could feel the excitement, the nerves, the laughter, all of it… and somehow it felt classy, chaotic, emotional, and fun all at the same time in the best way possible.

This group of kids made prom feel unforgettable. Respectful(even though the weather was totally disrespectful 🥶), fun, and fully living in the moment. You could tell this class has a really special dynamic and it honestly made the entire night so easy and exciting to be part of.

We’re incredibly grateful you chose Barn on the Hill for such a huge milestone night. So many memories were made here and we won’t forget it either 🖤
