She joined the Krew in spring 2024 while attending UT Tyler and has been shining ever since. Known for her smile, energy, and heart for her community, Jaelah goes above and beyond with every shift. Whether she’s keeping things organized during big events, making every customer feel like the only one in line, or earning the title of Smoothie Queen at their Christmas party, she’s truly one of a kind.

Respected by her coworkers, loved by her community, and dreaming big as she prepares for medical school, Jaelah is the perfect face to kick off this series. 🌟

After 13 years of running Kona Ice, we have sold our Kona franchise to spend more time with our growing family. We would like to take the time to express our deepest gratitude for all of our customers. We have loved every minute of this adventure. Seeing kids grow up every year at their birthday party, working with organizations that make such an impact, visiting schools/camps and seeing the biggest smiles on the children's faces, and of course seeing adults feel like kids when making their kona.

We cannot thank you enough for making Kona what it is today. This has been an extremely fun journey, and one we will never forget.
