Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend to our pop up bistro. So excited to see amazing friends who have supported me! Big and small :) It was amazing catching up with your all. Tomorrow I hear the sun might be out. In honor of that and thinking of those who are working in the area I have decided to open the bistro tomorrow. So if you are in the area working or seeing the tulips peeking through I would love to see you!! Come and see me at the Tulip Winery. If you need to take lunch to go I do have to go boxes. I look forward to seeing you and catching up.

Hi Everyone- I know it has been awhile since you heard from us. Yes we are alive and still in business. We do mostly catering but do pop ups and street fairs whenever we can. That is why I am so excited to tell you starting tomorrow we will be doing a pop up bistro at the Tulip Winery 16163 State Route 563! We will be there Saturday and Sundays through the month of April. Not a fan of wine that is ok they have hard cider or you can come out and enjoy the scenery and food. We will have our famous pulled pork and chicken, potato salad, cole slaw and a roasted corn salad as well. I hope you can come out and say hi!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Skagit Valley Beer and Wine Festival. Over 300 community members came out and tasted our yummy bbq chicken skewers, cream cheese and goat cheese honey balls encrusted with almonds and cranberries, and our salami stuffed with basil cream cheese. Papa Willie's is excited to offer our new Event Planning Services and we will be updating our Facebook and Website about these services. Most of all we want to wish all of you a very happy and Thanksgiving!!! Thank you all for you continued support and business. All the best.

Thank you everyone who came out and supported us this week! It was great to see so many of our great friends and we made so many great new friends. Shout out to our lovely ladies from Portland!!! Stay close to our page to see where we will show up next. The summer is not over yet!!! Happy Fourth! Thank you to the many who serve this country past and present and who protect us so we have the freedom that we celebrate today, including my amazing son Ethan Stark!! Oorah!

Hi Papa Willie BBQ Fans! We will be selling curb side pulled pork and pulled brisket sandwiches! Pick your side of homemade potato salad or coleslaw and wash it down with a nice cold coke or water. Will be at 303 State Street in Sedro Woolley right across from the awesome wood carving competition July 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th!!! Come on down. We look forward to see our friends and making new ones.
