This Independence Day, Iβm celebrating 10 years in business. π Technically, I registered my LLC in late June of 2016, but since I coordinated my first wedding in July, and I like the idea that I established my independence of working for myself, I recognize today as the anniversary date. π₯³
In honor of 10 years in business, I thought it would be fun to list 10 facts about me, Janet. π This way, past and future clients can get to know me a little better. Please, leave a remark if we share any commonalities. Would love to get to know you back! π₯°
1. Iβm the youngest of five kids so I learned at a young age how to thrive in a chaotic environment. πͺοΈ
2. I grew up in the Midwest and fled to AZ in 2003 to escape the snow. π₯Ά
3. Iβm a dessert-holic. Brownies are my dessert of choice. π€€
4. Iβm a national park ju**ie having visited 17 parks to date. ποΈ
5. Chihuahua is my favorite dog breed. π
6. Reality TV is my guilty indulgence. πΊ
7. I kept my maiden name after marriage. π
8. I have one child; a son whoβs entering his senior year of high school. Truth be told, Iβm not emotionally ready for βmy babyβ to grow up. π
9. Daisy is my favorite flower. πΌ
10. In 10 years of business, Iβve coordinated nearly 350 weddings. Iβve had the pleasure of working with incredible couples and Iβm grateful for their trust in me on their most important day. Their employment has made me a better wife and mother, by allowing me to work from home during the week and be more present and available. For that precious gift, I will be eternally thankful. π
