In 2013, our company led by Executive Chef, Jaimee Fuertes, collaborated the styles of both World cuisines and Pacific Northwest cuisines, introducing the first Fusion Catering establishment throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and the surrounding metropolitan area. This weekend’s “Sweet Like Honey” baby shower was a masterclass in organic luxury. We paired the nostalgia of Winnie the Pooh with an elevated Filipino spread, proving that our traditional flavors have a seat at every elegant table.

Served with grilled pandesal to soak up every drop — it’s comfort, elegance, and a little adventure in one bowl.
