We are THRILLED to be a finalist for a 2026 Special Events Gala Award!

This milestone 50th birthday was a sophisticated, black-tie, joy-filled event that balanced emotional significance with show-stopping entertainment. The celebration featured two Mariah Carey impersonators emerging from custom-built cakes. Every detail reflected the client’s personality, from hot pink design elements, personalized cocktails, select service dinner, and family photos integrated into décor and media. Beyond its visual impact, this event exemplified the power of personalization and purpose-driven celebration, transforming a moment of adversity into an unforgettable, uplifting experience for the client, his family, and guests.

The results are in! 2025 was a record breaking year for our non-profit clients' fundraising events. Collectively, more than $30 million was raised for causes like affordable housing, medical research, funding for the arts, student scholarships, compassionate care for animals and much, much more! One of the favorite parts of our job is helping our clients tell their story to inspire increased giving. We're honored to be chosen as their strategic event planning partners year after year.

Benvenuto a Roma!

After a stylish cocktail hour and a faux transatlantic flight, The Big Opera Party landed on the Opera House stage - transformed into a glowing Roman piazza. A dramatic skyline backdrop from Seattle Opera’s Tosca set the scene, with café-style tables and cheerful orange umbrellas adding a touch of Italian flair.

As the evening unfolded, guests enjoyed comedic moments from emcee Anita Spritzer, the drag persona of operatic tenor John Marzano. The program also featured powerful operatic performances by members of the cast of Tosca and a surprise performance by the 36-member Seattle Opera Chorus!

Throughout the night, the spirit of giving soared and attendees raised their paddles and their glasses - with over $1.1 Million raised in support of Seattle Opera’s vital programs.

Following dinner, guests boarded their return flight home and landed in a retro dance club, dancing the night away with Boots DJs spinning 45s flanked by high-energy GoGo dancers.

The celebration ended on a high note - a true finale to an unforgettable, first-class experience.

Distinguished travels, our flight to Rome is now boarding….

Pack your bags and fasten your seatbelts for Part 1 of the Big Opera Party - in Vintage Air Travel style.

The Opera Center was transformed into the Seattle Airport circa the 1960s. At check-in guests received custom boarding passes that set the tone for an evening of first class fun, before making their way to hang their coats at baggage check. The immersive journey continued in the sleek “airport lounge,” where travelers sipped Paper Plane and Cloud Nine cocktails, visited the passport photobooth, and mingled among fellow jet setters.

Rat pack style live music filled the space as tray-passed airplane snacks made their way through the crowd - playful nods to in-flight classics with an elevated twist. Costumed flight attendants and recorded announcements (in both English and Italian!) encouraged guests to make their way to the boarding “gate” and onto our simulated airplane, as they journeyed toward their final destination - Rome, Italy!

The experience was just getting started - stay tuned for Part 2 as we climb to cruising altitude…

An unforgettable evening at the Alzheimer’s Association Help & Hope Dinner 💜✨ This event shines a light on a critical mission - advancing care, accelerating research, and providing much needed support to those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

The Alzheimer’s Association raised a record $834,000 in support of this essential work.

Tolo is grateful to have produced and designed an event that represents such a powerful and important movement.

Raise a glass with us to Corks & Crush 2025, supporting MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital and championing the health of east Pierce county! 🍷💜

This year’s event brought together 15 incredible wineries - each pouring with purpose to support a vital community cause. Guests enjoyed an evening of curated tastings, heartfelt storytelling, and inspired giving… all under a canopy of greenery and glow.

Inspired by a Midsummer Night’s Dream, we transformed the venue with lush foliage, twinkling lights, and enchanting details that set the tone for a magical night.

Take flight with us to the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, where the skies met the sea at the Alaska Airlines Legends Event!

This unforgettable evening honored 20 incredible “Legends” of Alaska Airlines - employees who have helped shape the heart and soul of Alaska Airlines.

Inspired by the recent merger with Hawaiian Airlines, the event beautifully merged iconic details from both airlines into one elegant celebration. Some guests were welcomed with their very own Hawaiian lei upon arrival and then guests made their grand entrance on a glowing LED walkway - provided by our friends at LED Solutions - that truly lit up the night and led straight into a dazzling ballroom experience!
From their own exclusive carpet moment to heartfelt award presentations, the Legends were celebrated in true style.

Congratulations to all the award winners - Tolo was honored to be part of a night filled with pride, gratitude, and so much heart. ✈️🌺✨
