For this farm-to-table wedding dinner, our bride envisioned an experience that felt distinctly local and deeply interactive. Drawing on Chef Shun’s passion for live-fire cooking and owner Shelby’s inspiration from 's heirloom fire traditions, we created a celebration rooted in the spirit of the Pacific Northwest, where guests gathered around the flames and enjoyed ingredients sourced close to

Our take on a black tie wedding with a moody red and black table decor and multi-course menu featuring: Glass bread, king crab with wasabi and caviar, grilled sockeye with a savory miso-honey and ginger glaze. Sticky rice with honey-cured egg yolk, grilled rib-eye steaks with wasabi emulsion soy-glazed Japanese sweet potato gratin. And for dessert, a black sesame cake filled with miso white chocolate ganache on a ginger sable cookie with chili crisp caramel.
