Thank you to everyone who came out to the bubbles and bites event at The Oliver I had a wonderful time with The Bite Club Charcuterie and the champagne social and downed quite a few glasses of bubbles and got some yummy bites.

I've finally decided on the 2 bites that I will be serving at this event

Buffalo Chicken Sliders with pepper jack cheese spread and Bleu cheese Aioli

Loaded Lumpia, Pork Lumpia topped with Honey Glaze Bacon Bits, Green Onions Fresh Jalapeño slices, and my house made yum yum sauce! Chicken Lumpia available on request.
