Brunch wedding - but make it fully gluten-free AND accommodate a Jewish-Indian hybrid crowd.
Creative menu solutions are always an option at Hall at Fauntleroy, where our catering team is always up for a culinary challenge!
Our goal for Jordan and Aditya’s March wedding was to serve a delicious brunch menu while also accommodating guests’ dietary restrictions.
We created a custom omelet station which allowed guests to customize their dish according to their own taste.

- Scallion Artichoke Fritter with Lemon Tahini Sauce
- Cornmeal Waffles with Bourbon Maple Syrup, Berries, Whipped Cream

- Vegetable Frittata with Zucchini, Roasted Red Pepper, Smoked Gouda
- Roasted Cottage Potatoes with Fresh Herbs
- Grilled Apple-Chicken Sausage
- Pepper Bacon
- Array of Fresh Fruit and Berries
- Three Egg Omelet Station with Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms, Wilted Spinach, Caramelized Onions, Red Peppers, Black Forrest Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Swiss Cheese
