Eddy planned the sweetest surprise proposal for Caitlin in the private garden at Chateau Ste. Michelle — every detail was so thoughtful, from the decorations to secretly inviting her family to be there to celebrate!

I had so much fun photographing the two of them afterward and Caitlin has one of the most authentic, radiant smiles I’ve ever seen. Such a joyful day full of love, and delicious wine. 🥂💕

June has been full of proposals, but this one hit different. 🌈 Anna brought Lia to one of their favorite spots, the place they go hoping to catch a glimpse of whales or seals. While Lia was peeking through the viewfinder, Anna dropped to one knee. The moment Lia turned around, her joy was everything.

Even though I was practically in their faces with a camera, they were so wrapped up in each other it was like I wasn’t even there.

Love like this ~ unapologetic, joyful, true ~ is exactly what Pride is all about.

Still floating from this one—she said YES on the ferry with the Seattle skyline shining behind them! Johnny pulled off the perfect surprise proposal mid-ferry ride, and her reaction was everything.

Madhu & Sudesh’s Lake Crescent proposal was pure magic 🍂💍 With golden autumn leaves all around and the mountains reflecting on the water, it was the perfect setting for this big moment. Sudesh was feeling the nerves, but we stayed in contact the whole time during the planning process to make sure everything went off without a hitch—and wow, did it pay off! Last spring, I had the absolute joy of capturing this beautiful engagement session at Volunteer Park during peak rhododendron bloom, and I’m already counting down the days until I can go back this year! There’s just something magical about these vibrant blooms that makes every shot feel like a dream. Rhododendrons are hands down my favorite, and I can’t wait to see them in full bloom again soon! Plus, the friendly squirrels are always a highlight—one even came right up to me during the session, totally unbothered by my camera!
