West Seattle Art Nest We focus on process based art where imagination, creativity and artsploration come to play! West Seattle Art Nest offers open studio time.

Drop in, get creative, and pay for only the time you use. Leave the glitter and mess for us to clean up! We are beginning to offer various classes, as we grow. Please check back frequently for updates. Adult paint and sip nights are currently offered once a month, and we may be increasing those, as they are a big hit! Come paint and sip with us soon! If the date and time doesn't work for you, we can schedule a private paint and sip night for you and your friends. We need a minimum of 6. Call or e-mail to schedule. We also do birthday parties, which are so much fun! Those can be booked via e-mail or phone as well. Thanks for checking us out, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

A little glimpse of the beautiful chaos that is Art Nest.

Festivals, camps, after-school art, nature-making, messy play, birthday parties. Basically, if kids can make it, build it, paint it, squish it, or drag it home covered in glue, we’re probably doing it.

Fall is officially underway.

With SPS negotiations still underway, we’ve added a Back to School Camp tomorrow, September 2, from 9:30am–12:30pm at Lincoln Park.

If SPS is closed, we’ll turn the unexpected extra day of summer into a morning of art, outdoor exploration, creative play, and time with friends.

And if your child wasn’t scheduled to start school tomorrow anyway, camp is still on! This one is open to elementary-aged kiddos whether there is an agreement or not.

Kindergarten is coming! And for our soon-to-be kindergarteners, all that excitement can come with some very real nerves.

My own incoming kindergartner is missing preschool, the thought of not being with all his friends, and having a place that feels like his. So let’s give them one.

Two mornings to play with their peers, make new friends, and remember that new can be a whole lot more fun than scary.

No kindergarten prep. No pressure to be “ready.”

Just play, connection, confidence, and art. All of the art. 🎨

One last creative hurrah, and a little love letter to Lincoln Park.

After nearly ten wonderful weeks with Lincoln Park as our studio, playground, inspiration, and gracious host, we’re spending two final mornings creating, exploring, getting messy, and celebrating everything we’ve loved about summer together.
