Dang...

Yesterday was a busy one.

TDJS work (New events listed soon, newsletter going out, other backend stuff to get ready for the relaunch)
Lease negotiation.
Early entry building prep authorization.
Verified sound limits (Apparently we can get pretty loud in the space)
Create contracts (Everyone knows I love those)
Food handlers permit.
Food Service license (Excited for this one)
WSLCB research..and there is good news there.
Head of security convo.
Purchase of safe confirmed (yes it's nice and big and Ocean's 11 couldn't crack it, lol)
Contractor call to install fencing and got a quote for that.
Good news regarding legal stuff regarding a case I have that's ongoing (I am the plaintiff before you ask lol).

and to top it off after all of that at the end of the day...

Someone contacted me asking if I needed an Event Planner and I told them it couldn't have been a more perfect time to call after the day I just had and...

I even decided on a name for the new space.

It is catchy 🙂

It's all coming together and I am way ahead of schedule.

I still have to order a bunch of stuff and do some painting
I am anticipating a soft opening in late April and grand opening the first week of May with something happening everyday of the week...

Trying to make sure we are ready for the World Cup and Pride in June.

And doubly so on the weekends 😉

Oh did I mention that I am in line to purchase the building/property as well...
