Two people, so deeply in love i can only compare it to the likes of: Sam and Frodo.
Quick tangent: DO NOT EVEN COME AT ME WITH THE “bUt SaM mArRiEd A gIrL” BS. Sam and Frodo traveled all that way to Mt. Doom together, stressed as hell that they’re gonna die at any given moment. And you’re gonna tell me not once found comfort in each others hobbit bodies? They didn’t have any late night huddles around the fire, all sweaty and downtrodden, maybe splitting a Poh-Tay-Toe, and never once said “I can’t carry it for you... but I can carry you!” But talking about his “you know what”?
Lmao okay
These wonderful people found me just like the fellowship found their way into Mordor. With determination in their hearts, conviction in their minds, that they needed just the right guy to join their party and journey with them.
When looking for an officiant they yearned for a man who had that, “za-za-zoom”! Someone who could properly tell their love story, make jokes that would deeply resonate, and knew how to dress himself as if he was about to hit the Soul Train line.
We laughed, we teared up, and we had a very Ricky Bobby-esque inspired photo when my time came to an end with these beauties.

There are many things can be said on the subject of “Yoga”. A meditative practice to unite body, mind, spirit. To achieve that coveted “inner-peace”. Aligning one self to become quiet your mind while finding a balance of your being and reinforcing your own mental/physical/emotional strength.
Whatever one might get involved in the practice for, the multitude of reasons is great. The results will surely always vary!
If you’re Nick & Lexi? The last thing you’d ever expect from meeting at Yoga, where Lexi was the instructor and Nick was the student, was to find your “one and only”.
What started off as a path of enlightenment led on a slight detour… An elopement with a world-renowned animal lab led photographers. And an officiant who knows how to make the happiest days all the more funny.
This isn’t a PSA for Yoga.
But will say, if you’re looking for something clarity and tranquility to yourself? Be careful how you go about it! You could fall in love during the whole thing. 😉

You know, sometimes you meet certain people and feel, “we are going to be friends”?
I kid you not, from the FIRST message between Spencer and I, it was that exact feeling!
You see Spencer found me just like a lot of my couples find me (Instagram). Now, I can’t be quoted on what was said. But you best believe him and I KNEW this was the right choice in those messages.
From talking about his love to David, his upbringing in Oregon, to me just sensing his love for all of it was kismet and meant to be!
We meshed and clicked right from the get go. Fast forward to the big day, and it’s safe to say the wedding of their dreams was actualized and materialized. Along with a bubbly and great new friendship between the 3 of us. 🥰
I miss you boys dearly! I hope your fish tanks are going well, Spencer!

Imagine flying from Florida all the way to Washington to get married by an all accounts “stranger” you found on Instagram. Someone you’ve never met before who has a resounding “no no no, he’s cool!” reassurance from publications, Google reviews, and your photographer who hasn’t worked with him yet but can “kinda sorta” vouch for him.
Now imagine after he married the two of you, in a lovely humorous ceremony that was everything you wanted! He makes the two of you pose behind trees like a trio of fu***ng bad ass doeks just so your gallery has a little more “va-va-voom” to it.
If you can imagine it- you’re my people and we are meant to be!
