How I personally get into “flowstate” when I’m shuffling. Easier said than done.

1. Stop observing your surroundings

2. Stop thinking about your next move, who is watching you, or how you look.

3. Focus on a feeling: love, grief, loneliness, anger, etc

4. Keep your thoughts on that feeling and nothing else

5. Enter Flowstate

Everyone is different, but that’s what I personally do & it gets me into Flowstate immediately.
