Venue Overview: The Beacon on Broadway

Location & Setting
Address: 735 Broadway Street, Seaside, OR 97138  
Right in the heart of the historic Gilbert District, just about 4½ blocks from the beach, with plenty of nearby hotels and dining options  .

History & Renovation
The venue celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2020 and underwent a 5½-year renovation, completed in 2019. It retains its original hardwood floors, adding character and warmth.  

Design & Ambiance
The space offers an open layout with elegant lighting and bar setup. It features a skylight, elevator access, and wooden floors—ideal for events that are stylish yet flexible   .

Capacity & Layout
Seats up to 150 guests; total event space is approximately 2,800 sq ft   .
Rentals include:
• Tables: 10 (6-ft) rounds, 10 (5-ft) rounds, plus 2 (8-ft) banquet tables
• Chairs: 150 black padded chairs
• Extras: Bar, lighting, eye hooks per beam for décor, staging area for caterers   .

Accessibility & Amenities
• ADA-compliant: elevator, accessible restrooms, entrances, and parking (on Broadway and behind the venue) .
• Centrally heated and air-conditioned .
• Street and rear parking available; refrigerator, microwave, and chafing pans available (no full commercial kitchen) .
