After a lot of thought, we have decided to close on Saturdays through the end of July and resume our normal Saturday hours once school starts back in August.

Since reopening in November, I have consistently worked 6–7 days a week, and summer has always been our slowest season. I would love the opportunity to spend a little more time with my family and enjoy some weekends with them while business is naturally a little slower.

If you need a special order and would like to pick it up on a Saturday, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will be more than happy to accommodate you whenever possible!

We will continue to be open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with our coolers fully stocked with all of your favorites. Once school starts back in August, we will return to our regular Saturday hours.

Thank you all for your continued support, understanding, and for allowing me to do what I love. We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you throughout the week! ❤️

So anyway… introducing our version of Southwest Egg Roll in a Bowl! We left out the traditional corn and black beans to make it low-carb and diabetic friendly.
