This weekend was a lengthy and sweltering experience. On Saturday, we catered a regatta, member dinner, and a wedding for over 220 guests. My team and I successfully executed the events, with the bride and groom expressing extreme satisfaction. I incorporated some of Gott2lovefoodllc’s signature hors d’oeuvres, including my Chicken Parm Eggrolls, which were well-received. Preparing five distinct menus within a 48-hour timeframe was a notable achievement, and I am proud of my team’s efforts. I’m relieved to be home today, where I can enjoy the comfort of a fan after a busy field day.
