An absolute killer weekend of Concessions. With the chicken parm and Philly Eggrolls going out hot this weekend and the coney dogs a close second. Our whole staff did a great job putting this all together. Very proud to work with amazing hard working people. This also brought me back to the good ole days running my business.

We get all kind of groups that come in and out of the hotel. This we had a medical group that made an awesome Asian buffet, then we had a VIP that asked for my Ribeye dinner for lunch. Have to treat the VIP good. Nice light heirloom tomato salad, 28oz cowboy ribeye with Garlic smash potatoes and Roasted Asparagus, then a Crème Brûlée Cheesecake with fresh whipped cream. Love what you do, and you never have to work a day in your life.

Had a great Father’s Day cooking for all of my family and all of my block family. Father’s Day is just another day to me. I love being a dad to amazing kids Jack & Brooke, I love cooking for family even if it’s my only day off. Thanks to Farmingdale Meat Market for hooking up like you guys always do with the good stuff. My father said there is always room at the Gottlieb. He loved feeding family and friends and so do I. It’s not work if you love what you do. 🔪

Chef Chef , Chef , Chef , and the entire staff and crew—you all did an incredible job.

The food was outstanding, but what impressed me even more was the heart behind it all. As a chef and a friend, I will always support what you do. The passion and dedication you show not only to the culinary world, but also to giving back to those who have walked the difficult path of battling cancer like yourself, is truly inspiring.

I had the absolute best time coaching these kids. They worked so hard. 7-3 season I’m so proud of how hard these kids worked in practice and games. Can’t wait to coach again next year
