From the first passed bite to the last late-night cheesesteak — this wedding was a full experience, and our team brought every single detail to life.
Guests arrived to a Raw Bar stacked with freshly shucked clams & oysters, crab legs, shrimp cocktail, and a live sushi rolling station. A Live Caviar Station and Cocktail Concierge set the tone early — this was not your average cocktail hour.
Dinner brought three live pasta stations — wild mushroom ravioli in truffle mascarpone, Calabrian rigatoni, orecchiette with Italian sausage & broccoli rabe — all finished to order. A carving station featuring beef tenderloin and parmesan crusted chicken, a mashed potato bar loaded with toppings, and a plated bibb salad with green goddess dressing rounded out the evening.
The celebration didn’t stop at dinner. Dessert was a full event — a stunning two-tier wedding cake, a walking cannoli bar, and made-to-order waffles topped with ice cream, fresh berries, sauces, syrups, and whipped cream. When the night stretched on, so did the menu. Mini Philly cheesesteaks and fries kept the dance floor fueled well into the late hours.
