Finally got some downtime from Events.. when I retired My first project was painting these big pots in front of my garage doors …Arizona Sun is unforgiving when it comes to paint and wood.!! getting up and down off of my knees it didn’t feel like this eight years ago!😩 and then the venue I’ve been looking at these weathered benches out front so I stained the wood and cleaned the paint.. almost looks new..lol..
I never realized what it takes to run a commercial building with all the city inspections and permits then you got repairs. Just got a new water heater now the backflow repair and inspection, new landscape and sprinkler clock. .. Next comes an exciting kitchen extension, which will add value to the building as well as the events!! RETIREMENT IS OVERRATED!! Hahahahahah

JUST BOOKED! excited to work with TIBBS PRODUCTION COMPANY.
Filming a commercial and camping out at Alpio’s At Troon for breakfast and everything that evolves through the film industry with the crew and actors! These guys start very early in the morning lol! They do some pretty amazing work!!

ALERT ! ALPIO’S AT TROON EVENT CENTER AND CARS AND COFFEE!
Almost a year of application,city meetings, open houses not to mention the requirements and application process. It’s been a real ROAD TRIP!
We are finally at the finals stage of the city Council hearing on January 28 at 5 PM. Many of you that have been supportive and involved in this process and have asked if they could come and give their support. This is for usage code on the building for Bar approval and this will greatly impact our future events not only private but corporate and charity events benefiting St. Vincent de Paul and cars, and coffee enthusiast!!!
