Why b Naked

As an endurance athlete and publisher of a health and fitness magazine, I understood how important what we eat is to performance and our overall health. One problem, I love chocolate and sweets. The fix: create clean chocolates, treats and snacks with whole foods, a short list of ingredients and loaded with flavor that improve performance and health. The results: chocolates, coconut macaroons and desserts that happen to be free of dairy, gluten, grains, soy, eggs and refined sugar.
